Community Alert, Inc. (C.A.I) was founded in 1994 in response to the alarming rate of declining quality of life of our elderly and adolescents in the community. C.A.I. formulated a series of community based services to address the following concerns: information on elderly care, increasing rate of school drop-outs and truants, training to aid and eliminate illiteracy, combating declining health and unmonitored illnesses, handling food shortages and improving diets.
